The Standard Trio has a white glass fibre hull and buoyancy tanks, grey interior finish, low-maintenance oiled Iroko trim, and one pair of "Canadian-style" varnished pine paddles, priced at £2,495. 

The Sailing Rig including mast, sprit, British made sail (tan or cream), rudder, laminated tiller, twin leeboards, localised strengthening of the hull, etc is £1,395.

Rig ready. Lee board pads and mast supports built in, ready for future addition of sailing rig £180. 

OPTIONS FOR THE TRIO (including all fittings/labour etc as applicable):
- Coloured Hull. Can look very pretty, especially in dark colours, but will show scratches more easily (glassfibre scratches are white). Navy, Green or Burgundy look fantastic. £75
- Teak woodwork. Upgrade from standard Iroko. Iroko needs oiling (not a difficult job) from time-to-time to reduce the chance of cracks/splits; Teak can be oiled but does not need it (weathering to a silver grey colour) and is ultimately harder and more durable. £290
- Teak decking on buoyancy tanks. Quite fiddly to make and does add some weight, but the result looks fantastic. £450.
- Rubber Fendering around gunwhales (not available with rowing outriggers) £225;
- Keel Wear Strip, brass, including additional filling of keel recess etc £160.
 - Bilge Runner protection strips either side of keel on mid-section, in teak, £120; brass protection strips on the bottom of the two runners are an extra £50
- Deluxe Paddles. There is nothing wrong with the standard paddles but these look and handle even better, being 20% lighter, with slightly wider blades made from Aspen with contrasting dark Alderwood inserts. Upgrade cost (first pair) £27; Additional deluxe paddles (spare etc) £38 each. (Additional standard paddles £25 each)
- Chromed rowlocks and sockets, with pair of 6ft varnished pine oars. First set, in lieu of standard paddles £55.
 -Rowing Outriggers in polished stainless steel. Bolt on/off using quick release wing nuts. They make a big difference if you envisage rowing more seriously. £115 per pair including localised reinforcement of gunwhale. With outriggers, depending on your height/strength/experience you can use anything from 7ft 6" flat blade oars, £68 per pair, or 8ft, at £72 per pair. Those are flat-bladed varnished pine. We can also obtain spoon-bladed spruce oars at 7ft (£103 per pair) and 8ft (£111 per pair).
- Folding Cleats (pictures here: Folding Cleats), flush with gunwhales in folded position, £45 each including fitting, or £120 for three (one bow, two at stern). They reduce the risk of catching ropes etc by accident, and look superb!
- Outrigger floats. These have a cross-bar that clamps onto gunwhales at the aft mid-section bulkhead, and are height-adjustable so that they can be kept clear of the water until heeled or lowered for extra stability when fishing etc. £420.
Wheels to fit on outrigger float crossbar. £130.

Delivery is dependent on distance from our workshop (near Christchurch, Dorset), either by courier or of preference in our own van. If we're doing it we charge a £25 flat fee plus 40p per mile (each way) with the main advantages being that we can offer a reasonable indication of timing and you get a "handover" from someone who knows the boats. Courier deliveries start at about £180 (including packing etc), up to £270 for more remote UK destinations or £300 if a sailing rig is ordered. We do offer overseas delivery but this will be quoted on an individual basis.

You can also pick up your new boat yourself, by arrangement.

If you are planning to carry a Trio in a car please note that certain options make it slightly wider, eg the sailing rig and the rubber fendering. Check carefully!

Plans for home construction in cedar strip are available at £57 plus postage. We can supply any or all of the components you need, from the connecting bolts to the mast or sail - please contact us with your requirements.
